Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks

I liked the location to family and the area. The wifi was not conducive for working online. I tried free and then paid and it dropped my calls.

Need for better breakfast (coffee ran out poor choices for food sensitive )

The room was very nice. I wish I was staying more than one day. The fridge was good sized, floor space for doing yoga and closet space. Location was great as it was walking distance to the lake and casino.

Breakfast was below average. Very disappointing. They only had like granola bars. Coffe was ok but not great. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced too. There were many small pebble like rocks on the ashphalt.

Place was clean and easy to access

Kitchen was unequipped. Front desk did not answer when attempting to request 1 drinking glass. When calling down, I was passed to 2-3 phone answering systems only to be eventually told "front desk is closed and will reopen at 9am", despite having just spoken to front desk at check in. Had to go down for a thrid time (2nd was to put a parking slip on the dash (not a great practice)) to get my one drinking glass. TV did not work even after cycling through the source options. Power outlet on the nightstand lamp did not work. 4th floor shower took about 7 mintues to get warm water and temeratur continued to increase during the course of the shower despite no adjustment to the faucet. Had to pay extra for decent internet.
