The location was superb, 2 minute walk (1 short road) from the lakeside and the ferry terminal and the bus stop to Como - Cernobbio overall is a great village to stay, has lovely restaurants and a LIDL 10 minute walk from the property and it's very romantic at night.
The kitchen sink was not very convenient but the flat was overall very equipped with toys for little kids (and even other toys and puzzles for older kids). It was also a bit tricky to get the aircons to consistently blow warm air but figured out a way to do it at the end.

The location was almost unbeatable. Bus stop just down the road and restaurants all around. It was easy to check in, instructions were clear.
It’s not a quiet place to stay. You’re just below street level and people walk past your windows constantly, it sounds like they’re in there with you. Woken up early by bin lorry. There were also two dirty wine glasses in the cupboard, which wasn’t pleasant.
