Spacious rooms, good spread for breakfast, staff was so friendly and kind. We missed timing for breakfast (holiday 😕!!) but were given a fresh one by the restaurant - it made our day as we were travelling and wouldn't have got good options on the road. Thank you guys @ Mello
Spa treatments are expensive - the massage was perfunctory - it could've been better considering they are charging so much. Many other better ones in the neighborhood - give this a miss.

The location is good with scenic views and the staff are very helpful
The property needs some maintenance like pool area the finishing was quite worn out and the privacy glass needs to be raised for guests to have some privacy. The bathroom tap was leaking and did not get fixed.
The beer promotion was explained but never got delivered and no compensation was allocated.
