Mirari Boutique Hotel

The hotel was lovely and very clean, and we were very happy with everything apart from the breakfast service. We were a large group staying in several rooms, and everyone in our group had an unpleasant experience with the woman serving breakfast. One morning, we waited a full hour for our food, even though there were very few guests at breakfast. When we explained that we were short on time because we had a boat trip booked, she told us we should have ordered breakfast the day before. Our orders were mixed up, and several of us received the wrong food. When we asked for more coffee, she told us she did not have time. We had breakfast on three consecutive days, and unfortunately, the atmosphere was unpleasant every day. Several of us found her rude and unwelcoming. This put a damper on an otherwise lovely stay. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the breakfast service.

The room was nicely decorated, spacious, bright and airy. Modern and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The lighting in the room was tricky to use. Bedside lights seemingly didn’t work. The approach to the hotel is messy and there was a building site across the road. But when that’s finished that should lift the area.

We had a lovely stay at Mirari. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Really close to old town and the marina, as well as the Marjan view point. We had a really nice room with a view of the marina.

The hotel did kindly warn us about the building work happening opposite but it didn’t disrupt our stay. The rooftop pool didn’t have a bar but it only operates at certain times.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, great shower

Poor housekeeping - showed gel ran out and was not topped up, toilet roll was not replaced, bathroom bin was not emptied one day, towel had 2 large rips in it.
