It is a perfect spot! Ocean view from anywhere. Very clean, had everything I needed, the ocean breeze!! Everything in walking distance, across from the artisan market, directly on beach, big pool for laps, Anyone concerned about the club music that i read on other reviews, just close the doors! Duh
Bonus - natural lighting was excellent and the balcony for morning coffee, sun bathing, reading or people watching
Not a deal breaker however Internet didnt work to well which was also good for a digital detox.
This has nothing to do with the rental but jacuzzi's on the property were just luke warm.

Wonderful location and owner is very responsive. We had a great time & we felt very safe.
Seems just on Saturday nightclubs are a little loud music doesn’t stop till four in the morning, but that’s part of being in the middle of action.

The noise from all the bars below. It was so noisy - we had trouble sleeping
