The property was in a lovely location on the river. It was an ideal place for a base camp for the lakes. We travelled whilst we there to ulswater, Ambleside and lake Windermere. The town centre was lovely with lots of pubs to enjoy!
Nothing the stay was everything we wanted 😊

Exceptional location, stunning garden with river at the bottom. Spotlessly clean throughout with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful hot tub which was set up for us on arrival. Very polite friendly host who chatted with us on arrival.
There was nothing that we didn’t like!

Loved it here , very peaceful. The hot tub was the main attraction obviously but the annex is very nice, big television based on the wall at the bottom of the bed, kitchen nice and spacious, bathroom with a stand up shower all lovely the garden very spacious with cushion chairs and at the very bottom a river. Very beautiful nothing bad to say. This is a gem.

Great location, warm, peaceful.
Hot tub freezing on arrival. 11.8 degrees didn't get to use which was disappointing . Bathroom skirting needs paint touch up. Invest in some nice new white bedding.
