Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali

L'albergo è molto bello, noi abbiamo preso una camera con vista oceano ed era spettacolare! La colazione a buffet sul tetto è pazzesca sia come vista che come scelta di cibo! Veramene di tutto! Abbiamo cenato e devo dire che l'aragosta che abbiamo mangiato era davvero deliziosa come tutto il resto! Complimenti allo chef! L'aeroporto è molto vicino, ma non si sente alcun rumore. Quando finiscono di suonare nei locali sottostanti o sulla terrazza dell'hotel, si sente solo il rumore dell'oceano!

Se devo trovare qualcosa... a mio parere un hotel a 5 stelle con spa e 2 piscine, dovrebbe fornire anche gli accappatoi e per quanto riguarda i lettini in spiaggia , è un peccato che alle ore 17 devi andare via perchè al loro posto mettono tavoli per la cena. Lo spazio non manca, si potrebbe trovare un modo per lasciarli in modo da poter aprezzare il tramonto.

I could enjoy the beach while working on my desk. Rooftop is great, so is the breakfast.

The experience largely depends on which type of room you get. This hotel certainly more family friendly than one for a solo traveler. The bed is super huge for a solo traveler.

It was a great stay, the staff is really friendly and the room was spacious and very clean.

They have super limited vegetarian options, the staff was incredibly nice about it and prepared food extra for me, even kept checking on me during breakfast if there is something else they can prepare for me, but this is still very limiting in general. Would be nice to have a larger veg menu, there is shrimp paste or oyster sauce even in the veg options. Also they allowed people to reserve sunbeds at the 5th floor pool, I mentioned it twice to staff members and they just did not understand- they have a lot of trainees which makes communication difficult. I was the only one at the pool for hours and accompanied by a lot of towels on empty sunbeds, which leads to people not getting one when they actually come. They charged everything I ordered at the pool immediately, so when you want to stay for a few hours, it is quite distracting that you cannot just open a tab to your room and have to pay each drink and food item immediately. I had to call twice for someone to attend the pool bar as well. It is a really nice hotel and the staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, but for a 5 star hotel, I would expect better service.

Lovely hotel, great roof top bar to watch the sunset. Very good food and the staff were wonderful.

The hotel is not beachfront, it faces the sea but there is a road in front and hotel looks onto the rear entrance of all beachfront restaurants. Some restaurants burn refuse (plastic) and the smell is not good.
