Perfect location for museums and restaurants. Our host Chiara assisted us with a malfunction of front entry door code with just a phone call.

It was a great location. It was wonderful to be close to cafes, restaurants, and places of interest.
It was nice to have the facilities at hand when we needed them. The washing machine was very useful, although difficult to understand the instructions.
It would have been nice to get help when we asked about how to organise a taxi from the Piazza.
The large table looks wonderful but takes up a lot of space and leaves very little seating for relaxation. A coffee table would be nice as well as an extra lounging chair.
The window latches could use some maintenance, particularly in the bedroom.
It was quite noisy after midnight. Not a complaint, just something for others to be aware of.

Location was marvellous. Flat was comfortable, air conditioning worked and the place was quiet despite being in the very centre of Florence. I stayed for 10 days and asked for sheets and towels to be changed halfway through my stay and it was done without a further charge.
Washing machine and dishwasher worked.
Needs more chairs. There is no coffee table in front of the sofa. Very annoying. If you're having coffee or a drink while you watching TV where are you supposed to put it - on the floor?
Plates and glasses need to be much better. Crockery is poor. There were literally 3 wine glasses! and 4 water glasses! Not enough!!

Perfectly located in the heart of Florence, the apartment offers immediate access to the city’s main attractions. It gives you the feeling of living in medieval Florence while enjoying a modern, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable space. You get a whole apartment for the price of a small hotel room and the wonderful feeling of living like a true Florentine.
Please note that the apartment is located in a pedestrian-only area of the historic center, so taxis cannot drop off directly at the building. Therefore, you will need to walk a short distance to reach city buses or taxis.
