The Best view I have ever had on the Island. The home is beautifully decorated. The screened porch overlooking the Bay is outstanding The split floor plan is ideal for couples wanting to share the Rental. Kayaks for your use is great. Beach chairs and sun umbrella on site was welcome. You are steps from the Bay as well as the Gulf
Cleanliness, while I know sand is inevitable I had to sweep before unloading as there was sand everywhere including the bathtub.
The mattress in the Bayside room sags terribly. Kitchen lighting is very poor. After dark you cannot see to cook at all.. if the light was replaced under the microwave it would help.. Garbage from the last guest was strewn all over the entrance. Which I had to clean up before entering.and pay for for removal
