The apartment was located in a great neighborhood and was clean and spacious. The elevator made it accessible for all ages. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were good quality, especially the large capacity refrigerator.I did not like having to go through a third party and I felt their instructions were difficult to follow. I felt insecure about their access to my accounts. VRBO needs to reconsider allowing this third party type agreement. Also, one of the showers was not usable. The seal at the bottom of an improperly and insecurely installed glass door along with a shallow drain pan caused the shower to overflow the first time it was used. The lack of appropriate installation and maintenance was also a safety issue. I reported the issue to the concierge and his reply was, "Let me check". Nothing done. Therefore, four people had to use one shower which was an inconvenience. The light over the sink in one bath did not work and the lighting overall could have been better. We were there when the heat wave happened and sleeping was miserable even with fans. Perhaps some type of air conditioning could be added in the bedrooms. With a few minor adjustments, this apartment could be premier.

This property is in a great location, it has everything you need for your stay in Paris! Highly recommend it!

The images shown online are exactly how the place looks like in person. The area it is located is ideal for transit and walking around. It was a nice quiet area with lovely restaurants near by. The process of getting in and out of the rental was easy. Fabio greeted us when we got there and was able to accommodate us checking in earlier. For a family of 8 this is an ideal place to stay. I would highly recommended booking. Make sure to come when it's cooler season you'll enjoy it much more.

We lost power the day before our departure early in the morning in the majority of the unit. I immediately contacted the owner and it was never fixed before we had to check out the next day. This was extremely frustrating. I also had to wait the full 14 days to receive my refund and had to ask for the money back. The unit was very clean and spacious.
