Great stay!

The owner was very nice and made us feel welcomed. She answered all my questions and concerns. 10/10 on communication. The place is located in such a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here. The place smelled nice on arrival.

We had one our Families best vacations ever and the property size, configuration, amenities, location and cleanliness were are critical to that fact. The house was spotless when we arrived and is impressive in terms of decor. We rented this home while 6 other families all rented a total of 5 other homes on the street, which made for a really great experience in terms of taking turns hosting a few families/kids here and there. The front porch is very spacious and the street/neighborhood itself is very quiet and quaint. We rented bikes for our Family as did the other 6 families and it's a short ride or walk down the block to the water. The beach was very fine, white sand and the water and view is fantastic. We also rented chairs/umbrella's that are set up and put away by a group of kids, so there's no need to worry about dealing with that aspect other than arranging for the rental. Lastly, the owners were very easy to deal with and the logistics were all super simple. Due to the very cleanly nature of the house on arrival, we felt compelled to leave it in nearly the same condition, but the cleaning crew is included with the rental fee for final cleanup, washing linens, etc. Overall 5 star rating and our group is already talking about perhaps the exact same street and home makeup iif available for another future trip.
