Beautiful home- spotlessly clean, easy communication, great location for Channel Islands NP. Fabulous view! Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The view is gorgeous and the rooms are clean.

I really don’t know where to start with this review. The views are truly epic. The home was so cozy, clean and wonderfully stocked! We (4 adults) were visiting Ventura to see our daughter and her boyfriend. We had plenty of room to have them over for breakfast, dinner and game night every day! There is truly nothing missing from Raptor’s View. Even the garage was great!! All communication with the host was timely and pleasant. The home is very centrally located to many Ventura must-see attractions. We will be visiting Ventura regularly. We won’t ever look any further for a place to stay. I would like to note: the driveway is short. We rented a Jeep Grand Wagoneer to haul all of us. Even parked at an angle, it stuck out a bit. This is NOT a complaint or a negative comment about the house, just a heads up. We have a Wagoneer at home so we’re used to it. Others may not be. Most cars would for nicely in the garage. Thank you, Tess, for your hospitality.

Amazing house fully stocked, everything you need for a great stay. Thanks for opening your home
