Very pleased with this property and would definitely stay again if I am in the area, Beds were very comfortable. Backyard was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities. location very convenient to beaches and parks. and best of all, NO surprises. exactly as described .inside very clean!

Listing showed 5 TV's on the property only one of the TV's worked. Had to contact host to get hand soap and hand towels for both bathrooms. The house had several unusually smells is kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. No plug in in the bathroom. I would not book this listing again. Keep Looking!!

Family wasn't impressed with smell but loved the outdoors and large back yard. May appear more spacious in photos. It's definitely a cheaper place to stay. Host was very helpful with early check-in.

This property served all of our needs. The host was responsive when we had a few hiccups, which were addressed immediately. The place is a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but the no frills, three bedroom place was about perfect for our group of 5. Having on-site laundry was convenient given that we were there for a youth soccer tournament. The backyard was great with a small little bar area, hut tub, and fire pit, which we had roaring in the chilly February nights. The location was near numerous food and drink options and only a quick drive to Siesta Key.

it was overall a good stay, however one of the beds broke when someone layed down on it, when asking the h/o what to do they left me on read, as for the other two issues (cabinet broke upon arrival and getting locked out at night) they were quick, responsive and wonderful. for the price it wouldn’t be my first pick again, not terrible just i know there’s better for a similar price.

Nice location and fun house to stay the night or two in. Bathroom could use some fixes, and there was no hot water, just got lukewarm. Same with hot tub, only got to 90 degrees. But overall decent place to stay, close to downtown and beaches, cool backyard.

We checked in a little late, but when we went inside it was great for my large family. Plenty of sleeping area and a few different games the kids could play while my wife and I got everything settled in.

We wanted to stay near Siesta Keys for a few days and not go broke. This home is very close, clean and in a nice neighborhood. It had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend and will come back again.
