Great location that's still close to town. Perfect little getaway.

Great property, wonderful layout, proximity to town is a plus where you can find some great restaurants Joseph is a great host

We had a lovely time and the few problems we had were quickly solved by the hosts. The hot tub is on a slight incline and water does splash out easily (so the water level got lower each entrance and made the jets get a little wonky). The air hockey table has seen some better days but it was fine for people not trying to win a competition. The kitchen was actually fully stocked as opposed to so many places. That made this day so much better not having to worry about how to actually cook meals. The listing is inaccurate in places. The fireplaces are on the first floor and in the basement not in the master. We never did find the Blackstone grill they were referring to but there was another grill. The listing doesn't mention that it is rather close to another house. Which probably wouldn't be a problem for most people but I like to be open. This in no way changes my rating, but I feel I should mention it in case you have family members with large feet like we do. The stair treads are quite narrow. Which again is fine during daylight hours or when you have the lights on but can be tricky to traverse if you're not paying attention or it's dark. Just be careful going up and down the stairs. They are steep and narrow. Not like historical building narrow but narrow enough. Overall, this was a lovely location. The beds were comfy, the porches were cool and lovely, and the work space area was great.

Very cozy and inviting. Beautiful view overlooking the woods on the top bedroom balcony. Very peaceful. All around good vibes. The hosts are wonderful! Will definitely be back!
