Welcomed and treated with the best hospitality from the best staff! Friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful during this eight day trip. Throughout the time here has been nothing less than perfect! Thank you to all at this hotel.. or I should say “mucho gracias!!”

What a spot, unbeatable location, great service and nice and friendly staff. Just for a few days in town and share some fun with buddies. Plenty restaurants nearby. Thats all you need.

As a solo tourist, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Altio Hotel made me feel welcome and safe. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and they even provided grocery pick up services to make my stay more convenient. Special recognition goes to Cesar, the front desk receptionist, who was friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The entire staff at Altio Hotel were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made my stay truly memorable. At Altio Hotel, you'll be just a stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants in the area. And with their exceptional service and commitment to safety, you can rest assured that you'll have an unforgettable stay in Cali.

Nice place,nice atmosphere, nice restaurant all around. Good service, good peoples. My only complaint is the a/c in the room.Itvwould noy cool the room properly. It ran all night and I sweat all night.Its just ro small for the room.82 outside 72 in the room.

Arrived at hotel got checked in and once trying to enter room. It appears at least a male and female was in our room. The front desk staff said someone was now in our reserved room and hotel was full. Told us we had to find another hotel. They gave no support seeing that this was their fault After a few back and forth the hotel staff said one was available due to no show. it was very strange especially that they checked us in and gave us room keys for our room that was occupied. It felt as though some un registered guest were given our room…next morning was told they would reimburse the room. It's been over a month and no such reimbursement

Room door didn’t lock, bathroom light didn’t work, staff was very slow to respond to requests on fixing bathroom light. The room was not thoroughly swept, as there was hair on the ground. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and no blanket. Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up leaving early and going to a different better despite not receiving a refund. Would not recommend!
