房间干净整洁，基本上什么都有。

I had some off-time in Kyiv as a foreign volunteer, and was looking for affordable accommodation, when I found this gem.  While the building might look a tiny bit sketchy, at least by western European standards, the apartment was actually VERY nice, well equipped, and absolutely SPOTLESSLY clean. There was a refrigerator, working water heater, stable internet connection, pretty much a luxurious vacation compared to the rest of my summer. The location is also good, all the bigger stores like ATB, Fora, Novus are within a reasonable walking distance, with some smaller stores nearby the property. The Akademmistechko metro station is the closest, but you can also walk to Sviatoshyn or Zhytomyrska no problem.  The host is also super friendly and helpful. No issues there. She even sent me a video-tour of the apartment in advance, so I could see if it's big enough for me (it was, even with 50+kgs of gear and equipment). Both check-in and check-out were flexible and without issues. I will be coming here again, if I get to spend more time in Kyiv (which I hope I will, because it's a beautiful city with rich history).

As of 2026, the russcist regime's invasion unfortunately sometimes reaches Kyiv. Air raid alerts were active every day and every night of my 8 days here, with some nearby impacts in the area during the big ballistic missile attack on 5th of August. But that's not really a problem of the property, just something to keep in mind.

Сподобалось все) Починаючи з моменту бронювання, коли власниця відправила детальний відеоогляд, а також детально пояснила, як до неї пройти від метро. Для мене це цінно, бо в 3 соснах можу заблукати. І житті мені здавалося, що квартира краще ніж на відео, а не як зазвичай буває) Дуже приємна хазяйка і сусіди, при можливості роблять для вашої зручності набагато більше, ніж в описі квартири. Наприклад, мені дозволили заселятися в 7 ранку, бо в ту ніч не було бронювання і квартира була вільна. Рекомендуватиму друзям і сама тут зупинятимусь при мандрівках в Київ

Питання не до квартири і власниці, але може комусь буде важливо це. Я не знайшла в тому районі кафе де можна було б поїсти. Треба, або кудись їхати, або купляти їжу додому. Можливо це я погано шукала, це також допускаю)
