Location is pretty good, the apartment itself is fine.
We did not receive a valid Chamonix guest cards, we got fined by SNCF and we were not even provided with valid Chamonix guest cards for the remaining of our stay even after notifying the host. So we had to keep buying train tickets which were supposed be included in the guest card. Very poor communcation from the host that cost us significant amount of money to buy train tickets.

"Everything provided. Host very kind to assist. Lovely tiny house for four adults, kitchen well equipped. Located few km from Chamonix centre. Likely small garden after step out from house."
