The property is clean and the facilities are extremely convenient. Additionally, being able to have access to the water park adds to the value. The cabin was very nice, and comfortable.
The pool got a little dirty, but there were several people using it and some were wearing water shoes, so they brought some dirt in with them.

I like that. It was a very clean place. Everyone was extremely friendly and that at eleven o'clock, it was peaceful.

Clean, plenty of activities for the kids.
Campground needs to do a little maintenance on the off season. Screened porch needs to be repaired, window blinds inside the rental need to be replaced as the were almost all damaged.
The pool wooden steps need to be repaired, as there is a board raised that is a tripping hazard, which is a huge liability to the facility.

I like the amenities and the safari tent
I didn’t like the noise but more importantly, the non enforcement of the quiet hours by staff. I don’t like that people trashed the bathrooms after the staff worked hard to clean them after such a busy weekend.
