The Staff of hotel was very nice supportive and friendly. We were provided with almost everything we ask for.
There was serious fooding and in room dining issues but the way Mr Sanjay handled was outstanding
The inhotel fooding facalities need to be improved. they have limited fooding menu. They dont offer anything after 5PM they say its different company so we need to consult them directly. We had to order from Noon.
Plus cutlery requirement at Room is also not free its chargeable. something u dont expect from hotel

The hotel is in very good location just 8 minutes from Dubai mall. The restaurant staff are very helpful and gentle. Also Special thanks to Janaka at the entrance. Genuinely helpful and always trying to help.
It was an eventful stay starting from Check in took more than 2 hours! Arrived at 1:30 am with family and room was not ready ! Had to change rooms multiple times to get the correct rooms. Reception is very hard to answer when calling from the room and not that helpful. Spoke to hotel manager after check in issues and didn’t seem to care much. Housekeeping is average and cleaning in public areas could be better. Had to chase laundry delivery at check out day multiple times till finally got it delivered.
