Location - quiet, easy parking and above a super cafe / restaurant.

Really lovely, quirky little place. We stopped here for a night to explore Lincoln on our way up to Northumberland. The lounge area was cosy and the beds were comfortable after a long day of walking. The cafe/bar downstairs is also a must-try. We had a delicious breakfast there before setting off after our stay. Great staff too. Highly recommend.
The only minor downside is that the shower didn’t have much water pressure.

Roomy. Great hosts. Very good communication throughout. Comfy beds.
Safe location. Lovely decor. Strong sense of community in the area - the cafe was buzzing! (And did fabulous food!)
The cafe downstairs was a little noisy - there’s a connecting door at the bottom of the stairs and the sound carries up to the flat.
Would have been nice to have toiletries in the shower.
