The location was excellent, walk out the door and Nîmes is at your feet. Everything is walkable from here.
Beds were really comfortable and the room is a great setup, especially if you are there a few nights and want to have a fridge and have the ability to make small meals.
We'd stay again.
The windows offer zero soundproofing - so you hear every motorcycle revving its engine. We were there before and during the Feria, so we knew it would be loud but how little the windows block sound is really poor. It was actually worse before the Feria because the traffic was going all night.
The shower wasn't great. A wet room with no shower door so water everywhere, no matter what you do. The bathroom was not big enough to not have a door, so it was a constant battle to keep feet dry. We didn't request It, but it was an accessible room, so I'd request a different room type.
The view was supposed to be the arena, however, it was simply trees. A bit deceptive, unless you go in winter.

Location was fab. Close to attractions, bus and train stations. Good size room. Generous size bed. Option to store luggage on arrival/departure.
Cleanliness in bathroom - extractor was covered in dust.
Bed was quite hard
No toaster
Lack of items in kitchenette- only one fork and knife. When going to reception to try to obtain these the receptionist struggled to locate them.
Poor facilities in spa - Spa wasnt ready for our reservation so sauna had to be turned on and we had to wait for it to get to temperature. The hot tub was lukewarm and sauna was dangerous - heat comes from under a bench with no warning so burnt my leg. Was so smoky it was hard to see.
TV wasnt working on first day but were told the person who would need to look at it wasn't on site until the next day so we had no TV for a day.
