Very good location in Miami Beach !

I really liked the location, the layout of the property, and how comfortable and well-maintained everything was. It felt welcoming and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Nice little budget hotel, very close to the beach, very close to bus stations (direct bus from the airport for example), Walgreens, restaurants. We extended our stay from 4 to 9 nights and the price was really good. Check-in really easy (codes received on Whatsapp for main entry and room). They asked pretty much every day if everything is ok, which is almost tiring, but I guess this might be the american way. Comfortable bed, perfect room temperature from the central air conditioning system, even a walk-in closet. Only after three or four days we discovered the amazing common kitchen near the pool (oh, yes, there is a pool). The kitchen is perfectly equipped with really new kitchenware, not some worn down lousy teflon pans, one giant display-fridge where each room stores their food in paper bags, microwave, toaster, two gas stoves outside. So we ate our breakfast there for the rest of the stay. Really, really nice. You know... we didn't like Miami, but we did like this hotel :))

Our bathroom didn't have any vents whatsoever, and with the window blocked... well. We really had to courtesy-flush :) The light in the room was really weak.

Location, room space is good.

AC was not operating in my room, I changed the room but the AC was too strong and cannot be calibrated.
