APD HOTEL

I agree with other comments that what you get with this hotel is what you pay for. This is the best rate I could find in that location with decent reviews, so the accommodations are indeed paired down and simple. My bed was comfy, my room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel is very safe. I was facing the back, so it was very, very quiet at night. I'd stay here again if I needed to.

We had a pleasant stay at APD Hotel. The staff were friendly, and we especially appreciated Mr. Chu. He was very helpful, responsive, and easy to talk to. He helped us carry our luggage and also shared some of his experiences and helpful information about Montreal with us, which made us feel very welcome. APD Hotel is a good budget-friendly option. The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is quite convenient. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around Montreal. There is also paid indoor parking nearby for $12 for 12 hours and $18 per day, which was convenient for us since we had a car. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for an affordable hotel with friendly and helpful service in Montreal. Thank you, Mr. Chu, for making our stay more enjoyable.

There are a few things that could be improved. The bed was a little too soft for us. It would also be great if shampoo and body wash could be provided. A bigger drying rack/bar and a few more clothes hangers would also be helpful, especially for guests staying for several days.
