The 3-bedroom unit is spacious enough for 4 of us. Good WIFI connection. In the quiet part of Alor Setar, There is a good food stall just outside, next to the guard house. Bath towels provided. The apartment complex location, although a bit outskirt from the town center, it only takes us 10-15mins by car.
Bath soap liquid for the shared bathroom is empty, not being replenished. We wished the pillows provided not too soft.

Easy to reach, nice environment, privacy and many seafood restaurants nearby.
There was no shower gel or soap in the bathrooms. Cleaner forgotten to place it. Upon request only it was delivered .

The location is very strategic. Not in the midtown. I love the rooftop view so much. We can see the Alor Setar view. The sunset is very beautiful from my balcony. Room is so comfortable for my 4 children.
Cleanliness. The balcony have lot of shits. Need to clean properly.

Location is good
The facilities are not clean. The air conditioner is broken, the toilet is clogged, and the bedsheets in the main bedroom are not very clean.
