The property is about a 10-minute walk from Monte Mario Train Station, from where you can reach the Vatican in minutes (just a few stops). It also offers easy access to the city centre (Spanish steps, Colosseum, ect.) and the metro station. There are several large and small grocery stores in the area, which were open until 22:30 when we were there. The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious, nice and clean bathroom. The accommodation is upstairs, with a terrace overlooking the street and the cosy neighbourhood on one side and trees, a courtyard and a large green area on the other. Perfect to have a coffee, dine or even work on your laptop in the open air in the shade. Very cosy, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The host is extremely helpful and responds promptly to any request or question. I can only recommend it to anyone who does not insist on staying in the centre.

Superfriendly owner. Alessandro helped as a lot and beyond offer. Spotless cleanliness. Green area behind the house and look from the terrace is rare in Rome! Snacks gift that we loved :)

Not for allergics - there is a cat using the terrace. For some, it can be a plus though ;) Access with very narrow staircase - would be impossible with a big suitcase without help of the owner.
