There was a bad smell in the condo we got air fresheners and it smells better after a couple days furniture was stained up and dirty

The pool and the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was nice and updated
That the furniture was cloth and has stains all over it. The was machine has mold and the air wasn’t cooling. We did a maintenance call on washer and air unit. The washer was cleaned but the air never really got cooled. We had to use the fans in the closets and went to buy another fan. Plus couch coverings. I don’t like to complain as I know these units are rented out quite a bit but the couch and chairs are terribly stained.
