Nada, a representative of the apartments was very nice, very patient and very helpful, especially speaking clearly in English for me. The location is perfect, I will stay at BQA Suites on my next visit to Budapest.

The mattress was a little worn.

The room was nicely furnished, clean and functional. I actually liked that I needed to go get breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel. And it was delicious. I got all the info from Ms Lami at the reception who was always online and always super nice and helpful.

No complaints. There is a kitchen on the 1st floor with no dishes inside so maybe I would appreciate some plates in case a guest wants to eat in the room. Also, there are cups and a variety of teas and instant coffee - could you add one with milk inside? :)

The whole structure is clean, modern and rooms are very spacious. Furthermore it is situated in a great position, close to the city main attractions. A special thanks to Sara who was always available and ready to help me, I really appreciated it.

The location is excellent and the room is beautifully designed: modern, clean-looking and very spacious. The shower had plenty of hot water, check-in with the access code was very easy, and the free luggage storage was a nice extra. The price is also very reasonable considering the location.

However, there were a few issues during our stay. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and could not cool lower than 22 celsius. We reported this, but unfortunately nothing was done about it. The room was not as clean as we expected, and the towels were only changed after we contacted the host via WhatsApp. The sink had been damaged by the previous guests. The host did inform us about this beforehand, which we appreciated, but it took two days to repair. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned after the repair. We eventually received a late check-out as compensation, but only after asking about it ourselves.
