Environment,clean, a good staff
We stay for 3 day and 2 night
1 day arrive, the room no towel ..remote control for air-conditioning not funtion...it's still ok...and for room with price rm100+ per night no drinking water or kettle at room...we must go down to level 1 take hot water...very difficult if u come with baby...
And very disappointed 2nd day we go tour from 10am-10pm suddenly when we go back at hotel our room key can't access....we must wait 1 hour for staff come to fix the problem ...at night no staff standby at hotel....so if anything happen at night very2 difficult ya...all thru Whatsapp only...
