The apartment is very clean, fast internet, Netflix for the kids, and comfy room that can fit for at least 3 families. Swimming pool also very clean with strict control, so all are well maintained. There was a surprise when we checked out at the car park, there are 2 waterfalls!! Hardly see for those country kids...
Overall, all good and value for the money.

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment ideal for families or small groups.
Fully equipped with simple furniture, cutlery, and a water dispenser.
Includes 2 parking spaces as an added bonus.
Building facilities include a swimming pool and basic gym.
Excellent location near the town and Taiping Lake area.
Surroundings immersed in nature, quiet.
Master Bedroom: the master room is heavily affected by a loud vibration noise from the aircon compressor.
Shared Bathroom: a sliding door in the shared bathroom would be ideal.
Bedding: the pillows were a bit too soft for us, though one friend who likes flat pillows didn't mind.

One of the best homestay experiences I’ve had. The parking was hassle-free, the entire place was spotless, and the WiFi was fast. Loved having Netflix on the screen and the room/house was incredibly spacious. Highly recommended.

Its location
We couldn’t use one of the 3 bedrooms because a bed was broken and the aircon was also needing to be fixed (super loud noises). There was no toaster no microwave so to ‘eat’ there with kids was almost impossible which was disappointing.
