The location was amazing and the apartment was very comfortable and check in was easy and stress free.
Can't complain about anything. Posibly better directions to rooftop pool as I did get stuck in the fire stairs by mistake and there was no way out other than the ground floor by using key tag.

Great location and plenty of shops around. Close to Circular Quay and Custom House.
No blanket available or tea and coffee provided. It was cold during that time and I came back sick. Hot water in the shower was also an issue as it wouldn't last more than a few minutes.
Also, even though the booking was made via the app and fully paid, I was asked on the side to pay a deposit by the rental manager. It wasn't sure if it was a scam and wasn't comfortable to give my credit card details and ID.
