Location was excellent with lots of amenities nearby. Bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly in their communication and helpful with the few queries we had.
The heating system was stuck on in the living area. We were moved from the initial flat to another in the same building (based on the two confirmations we received) - the sofa was a small 2-seater which cannot physically be called a bed or somewhere for anyone to sleep.
