Convenient to the jetty

For an older style property the owners have done a good job in updating the property to make it quite comfortable. All facilities were good including excellent kitchen appliances.

I think the bathroom isn’t as good as the other rooms as it’s old fashioned. The shower head needs replacing. However the water was hot!

The staff were lovely & Helpful & came out immediately to try and solve a problem with our room. It was clean & comfortable, and the beds were good to sleep on. Thank you both for being polite & helpful in a hard situation.

Requested a room that was accessible & easy access for someone with a disability. The driveway has a very big slope but staff gave us better parking bay access without the big slope. Initially there was an issue with a lot of stairs, but staff were polite & tried to find a better room but none available..The lighting was bad at night time as there was no working outside lights. This could be a safety issue due to stairs & falls. We made the best of this situation, with a bit of work from staff & us.. The shower was a little small for disability purposes but good. otherwise.

Not a lot

It was extremely over priced for what it was definitely didn’t have sea views as indicated everything was very tied and in need of a face lift also the lighting out the front of the room was very inadequate and made it extremely difficult to find the room number.
