633 APPIA DESIGN ROOM

We had a wonderful experience staying here and couldn’t have asked for a better base in Rome. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location is incredibly convenient, making sightseeing effortless—both metro stations and bus stops are just a short walk away, allowing us to navigate the city and reach major attractions with ease. We really appreciated the kitchen amenities. It was thoughtfully stocked with daily essentials, including coffee, bottled water, bread, jam, and delicious sweet treats (dolce), which made our mornings so convenient and welcoming. Above all, Rosario(host) was outstanding—exceptionally kind, attentive, and quick to respond to every question. He genuinely went out of his way to ensure we had a smooth, trouble-free stay from start to finish. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Rome and recommend this property without hesitation!

The host was very welcoming and helped with my very heavy bags when I arrived. The room was extremely clean and quite spacious, had lots of wardrobe storage and the bed was very comfortable. As someone who appreciates a good pillow, this one was it, great memory foam pillow to sleep on (there was also spare softer pillows if you needed). The balcony had a full blackout automatic shade that felt very secure and was really good in the mornings. There were also a few pastries in the common area that were delish! Would recommend

The location is a little out of the main town but it is located right next to a metro station so easy to get a train in. A small fridge might also be a good addition.
