Apartment was very central - 15-20 minutes to train station and 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore area. Lively and tasty restaurants in front of apartment. Clean and secure with elevator. Host was friendly to meet us even when our plane was delayed. AC worked great in the 98 degree heat and plenty of hot water. On a very busy street, but windows were adequate to keep out the noise. It is in a modern business district. Good value for the money in an expensive city.
Very utilitarian and could use a rug and a table in front of the couch to make it less sterile. The plastic chairs at the small dining table were very uncomfortable. The windows face the street and are under a portico so there is no view.

Location was perfect. Easily accessible — in the center and near the train station. There are restaurants, a market, farmacia, gelateria, right in front/across the building.
The space is good for 4 people. It has one main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The place was so cute too!
There is an elevator available.
Host & staff were accommodating as well.
