Moltissima disponibilità da parte del proprietario, appartamento molto curato e pulito

Modern look of the appartment, close to the Milan Central Station, host was nice and responsive

I've read the raging reviewes and honestly was expecting more, compared to other 9+ rate appartments I've stayed in, this one lacked attention to details: - there were skid marks on the walls - there were cleaning supplies located around the appartment (although it had closets meant for this purpose) - there there bunch of partially used toilet paper rolls on the shelf in the bathroom - we booked for 3ppl, bedding for third person wasn't made - ironing board was broken - 3ppl stayed for 3 nights, but we had 7 coffeepods? - there were hairs in bathroom and on the sofa - pillows were low quality and uncomfortable There were more other small things I can't think of at the top of my head, but in general, this appartment could use more care..

Large apartment very clean and in a great location

Nothing, everything we needed was there and available.

Very good host, nice kitchen with a lot of utilities, incredible air conditioning too. Felt just like home.
