We were actually quite surprised haha it looked just like the pictures and was really warm and cozy. We got a great nights sleep as the building was silent and the bed was comfy. The area felt super safe and seemed like a student neighbourhood and the taxi to City centre only cost us £6. The WiFi was super fast for downloading movies before our flight. We couldn’t really fault it for the price we paid :)
Our toilet seat was a little wonky but we spotted the maintenance man and he fixed it for us

Great value. Excellent facilities. Warm & cosy. Really helpful staff. Situated in a nice residential street, 10 mins walk from a really nice eclectic high street with some great pubs
It’s not soundproofed, it’s just like a normal victorian building. They have quiet time at night & in the evenings, so it’s not an issue
