Self check-in and checkout, underground parking spot, kitchen has basic stuff for cooking, enough for big family.
Bathroom need more clening.
Very poor quality of furniture, beds were broken, chairs in kitchen I had to repair since it was dangerous to sit on them
Sound isolation in building is poor, at night you can hear neibours who are watching TV or speaking.

Auta s nizkym podvokom pozor pri vstupe do garaze. My sme kvoli tomu nemohli v garazi parkovat, ale uplne v pohode sme nasli parkovacie miesto pri hlavnej ceste.

Location is good.
Well, thought that if property has lower score and some non positive view, than it will improve.
Was mistaken. Bathroom was dirty, in general apartment cleanness was less than expected (even cutlery).
At least 5 bulbs across apartment were busted.
So, ratio: value for money is low.
But still, have to admit it is not worse apartment.
Anyhow, booked this for 2 nights but left it after first night.
