The property is quite small, but it was comfortable enough for two people. I think this is fairly typical for properties in Paris, especially in central areas. The place was clean and well maintained, and the sofa bed was comfortable, although it did squeak a little. The bathroom is also on the smaller side, but overall, the property was suitable for a short stay.

Very clean, very well organized and equipped. It’s not on the pics, but there was a hot plate for cooking simple dishes (like eggs or pasta) that we found useful. Hosts were very kind and communication was great, always replying to texts and helping us arrange arrival and departure times (they let us stay a little longer and kept our bags until we went to the airport). Overall it’s a small (typical Paris) but very clean and pleasant place in a lively neighborhood, we spontaneously found nice restaurants and cafes around, supermarket right across the street.

The bathroom is very small and felt a little fragile, but we didn’t have any trouble with it, just be patient with small shower space. That’s very normal for Paris.

Very cozy and nice ambiente in the room. Also a good location with nice bars and bakeries.

Super small room and bathroom. Very expensive for this kind of room (but everything is in Paris)

The apartment was very clean and looked really nice. The area felt quite safe overall, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro station is also not far away, which was very convenient. Friendly host who brought us extra blankets. It’s a small but charming room with all the necessary amenities like a private shower, toilet, and a little kitchen.

The folding bed was terrible, very uncomfortable and extremely squeaky. It was also quite small and there was only one blanket, which was too small for two people. I contacted the host right away, and she kindly brought us two extra blankets the next day, which I appreciated. However, since we stayed for almost a week, it was impossible to sleep properly on that bed, so we ended up putting the mattress on the floor, it was much better that way. Another issue was the window. It didn’t close tightly, and one night during a storm it even opened by itself. I tried to close it more securely, but it felt fragile and I was afraid to break it, so it kept opening when the wind was strong.
