The host Katerina is very friendly and helpful, she helped me to relocate at the last minute due to an emergency situation. The instructions of self check-in were clear and easy to understand. The metro station Victoria is very close, there are cafes, bakeries and restaurants very close and the prices are much lower than in the centre. The apartment is cozy, the mattress is comfy to sleep on. There are all facilities you need

The neighborhood is not the best, but much better than in the central part.

Everything

Nothing

The owner was really sweet and informative by text before and during our stay. When we couldn't figure out the key situation because we weren't the smartest after a long journey, one of the neighbors came and helped us. The location was perfect for us, close to Victoria station. It had a smart TV and a coffee machine.

The neighbors were arguing, screaming and crying the entire first night and we couldn't sleep. Tried to knock on their door but they couldn't hear us. Eventually had to scream "can you please be quiet" over to their balcony, and then they finally were eventually. The second night they were having fun with the balcony door open but when we knocked and told them, and they closed it, we could still hear them talking and laughing through the wall. The bathroom smelled a little moist and we had a cockroach appear behind the aircon when we turned it on, that my friend got the honor of killing. The cockroach could be our own fault for leaving the balcony doors open.
