Great position at the bottom end of Hoan Kiem lake and very clean. We stayed in a twin bed room on level 3. We'd definitely stay there again if there were new mattresses!

Mattresses still need replacing. We opted for a room with twin beds as the pictures on the listing made the double bed rooms look cramped. Reviews from 2025 mentioned that the mattresses needed to be replaced, and the owners replied that they would look into doing tgat. We thought that nearly 2 years later this would have been done, so we went ahead and booked. Mistake. Mattresses were well past their use by date. They were saggy like hammocks, lumpy and you could feel the springs. Resulted in poor sleeps for the 3 nights we were there. Pillows were OK but not great. TV internet connection was very scratchy.
