The location is great, right in the national park and there's a view point in walkable distance. Food was nice and with a variety to choose, we stayed for 2 nights and felt relaxed. It was cold at night with a single layer of blanket though, we asked for extra one and was warm enough with 2 layers.
I wish the hotel could have make it clearer that the entrance fee, national park fee, and if you need jeep/motor packages all will be in cash, as it is in the mountain not much cashless option available. We didn't prepare enough cash yet glad that bank transfer worked.

The hotel is beautiful with an amazing location, you can walk to a great spot 10 minutes away to see the sunrise instead of waking up at 2am to do the hike. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was really nice, it can get cold at night but they gave us a heater.
The food was ok, and the staff was helpful for the most part, just when we had to check out they were pushing us out of the room a bit.

The location is amazing. Going to bed and waking up to the views is really special. Bromo park was closed due to wild fires when I visited, but the combination of views from the cabin and access to walks with Bromo views made the visit still feel worthwhile. The staff were also very helpful and attentive.
I loved my stay and would stay again, but there are details that could be easily refined to make the full experience match expectations. There were a lot of things on both the food and cocktail menu that were unavailable, and the menu itself is overpriced. They also were playing awful electronic dance music around sunset on a poor speaker system at the bar and restaurant - it felt totally at odds with the environment and the positioning of the hotel.

Great location for Mt Bromo!
We were in a 20 cabin. It was sooo small. Definitely go for a larger cabin - we had no space for our luggage. There are occasional sewer smells that come from the toilet.
If you order a drink at the restaurant, it’s a whole thing and you have to pay in two different areas of the hotel.
The buffet food was cold and underwhelming… even on their Friday night BBQ night. The room service food was freezing when it was delivered.
