ELYANS KONAĞI

Wonderful hosts and beautiful rooms, you certainly won’t be disappointed with this hotel! The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I don't know how to begin to thank the staff here for my stay the other night. I arrived after a 16hr bus ride from Georgia at 9am (well and truly too early for my check-in time). I requested if I could store my bags until the check-in time, however the staff insisted that my room would be ready in 15 min, and helped me feel comfortable immediately with tea and water. As I soaked up the beautiful views they invited me to have breakfast with them at no cost. This was a very special moment, and despite the language barrier we had a lovely breakfast sharing stories via translate. After an exhausting couple of days of travel the level of hospitality and kindness that this accommodation provided was a highlight of my trip. I encourage anyone coming to Mardin to please consider this accommodation!

Absolutely fantastic. Fresh and a nice array.

It was all good.
