Stored our luggage for free, after check out. Staff very kind and helpful. Like the dehumidifier!
The street light was kind of bright at night, maybe an extra shade to block it out?
Would have like extra room on both sides of the bed, to walk around.

Absolutely everything, hosts are quite exceptional, they are available 24/7 for you and all your needs, always available to help you and assisting you in anything you need,
Perfect score 10/10
Nothing, all beyond the point you think they fail, it was perfect at all points

Nice staff. Loved having a fridge/freezer. A Microwave is a big plus although, I didn't use it. Nice to keep the balcony door open to get in fresh air!
Bed smelled a bit musty. Construction noise.
