Location and space. It was very nice once you were inside and the light and varandas were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped.
There could have been more comfy chairs and either chest of drawers or dressing tables in the bedrooms.

La calidad y limpieza del apartamento y su cercanía con la playa y los pocos lugares de ocio que hay en S. Pedro de Estoril
El barrio que está lejos de Estoril y es un muermo. El colchón de muelles no hacía justicia al resto de las instalaciones

Excellent Location, the host was responsive. The apartment very clean. Washer available. Close to restaurant and beaches.
Dog barked late at night for hours. Beds was very, very hard with springs coming near top of mattress. I slept on couch. The shower drains extremely slow.

It was located in a picturesque environment, in a beautiful building. It was spacey and confortable.
Quite a few electric sockets was hanging halfway out of the wall. That made the stay there risk with two small kids.
