albergo perfetto per famiglie con bambini che vogliono fare qualche gita senza sportarsi troppo. Srruttura piena di piscine e connspiaggia di fronte!!! il mare è bello ma non bellissimo il fondale non è bianco e lo rende poco trasparente.

nulla da dire per i canoni thai sono comunque top!!

The Hotel and its Restaurants, incl. Breakfast is very good. The fact that they had an "adult only" complex of 4 blocks, swimming pool as well as Restaurant and Bar was perfect. No problem with the many kids which were in different locations within the hotel area.

The Thai Restaurant within the Hotel area lacks a bit of quality in all aspects. Then, WiFi is very weak and the TV programs are lousy and don't even work properly.

Beds could be moved onto the beach.

Rooms didn’t get cleaned until late, had to wait on beach towels most mornings, got ripped off for asking if I could get the room till later on or if they had a room to get freshened up as my flight wasn’t until 23:45. They said they would give me the room, then when I was checking out they charged me 3,560 apparently for something for breakfast which was already paid for. Definitely won’t be back to Mai Khao Lak hotel.
