Proximity to the skying slopes. Well equipped kitchen which included dishwasher and small coffee machine, although we missed a kettle. Cleanliness of the kitchen. We did used it but the small washing-machine was there in the bathroom.

Although formally the apartment is located on the fourth floor, in reality it’s on a ground floor from the slopes side. The building itself is rather old and thus capital equipment like windows were wonky and leaky. The layout of the apartment created by new furnitures installed is rather inconvenient for living (round shape of the building itself requires extensive adaptation for making the apartment well designed). Electric heaters and lighting equipment were kind of battered or broken. Disclaimer: this is a first time I use Airbnb-type of service in Italy, hence my judgement might be biased by absence of comparative experience.
