Ca' Giulia is an apartment located in a strategic position that allows you to reach Piazza San Marco in real 5-minute walk and the same time to get by boat to Piazzale Roma station, Lido, private taxis, Alilaguna.
On LAST floor of a building build in 1700, NO lift ( 72 stairs to reach it ) has an area of about 65 square meters, with large living room in the bedroom and with fireplace (NOT working because in Venice it is prohibited), dining kitchen with a beautiful terrace where in summer you can eat, double bedroom with king size bed and Smart Tv HD, dressing room with wardrobe and safe deposit box, bathroom with a wide shower.
His "makeover" has just ended: the living room with a sofa , the kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave, the bedroom, the storage area where there are washing machines, tables and ironing equipment.
Obviously there is heating and air conditioning equipment.
From the windows of the living room and the bedroom you can see the domes of the Basilica of San Marco and the Campanile and the top of the Palazzo Ducale. From the kitchen you can see the domes of the Church of Saints John and Paul and San Zaccaria.
The apartment is equipped with bed sheets and towels.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The use of WiFi Internet does not require any additional costs.
The apartment is SELF-CATERING. We are providing linen, towels and a coutesy set. All goods for everyday use have to be bought or brought by the guest.
