Incantevole appartamento al terzo piano di un palazzo.
La casa è composta da un ingresso; un soggiorno arredato con tavolo, divano e televisione; un bagno completo di tutti i sanitari e lavatrice; cucina indipendente dotata di lavastoviglie e microonde, e infine, due camere entrambe con letto matrimoniale.
*La struttura è attualmente soggetta a lavori di manutenzione. Saranno dunque presenti delle impalcature e per questo motivo è possibile che ci siano rumori durante la giornata.
* Gli ospiti potranno accedere all'alloggio tramite un codice numerico, che potranno ottenere solo dopo aver completato la registrazione online dei documenti di identità, firmato il contratto digitale di locazione e saldato la tassa di soggiorno tramite un link di pagamento che riceveranno qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo. Il codice sarà attivo a partire dalle ore 15.

Può essere definita un museo a cielo aperto, grazie alle sue numerose testimonianze storiche e artistiche custodite e rappresentate dalle numerose chiese, palazzi, e musei.
Passeggiare per Venezia è come fare un tuffo nel passato; le cosiddette calli (vie) sono disseminate e incorniciate da edifici aristocratici come il Palazzo Ducale, storica dimora dei Dogi, da ponti spettacolari tra cui il famoso Ponte di Rio Alto e dai canali percorribili tramite gondole, vaporetti e barche di ogni genere.
Il cuore della città è costituto dall’incantevole Piazza San Marco, che ospita l’omonima Basilica e accoglie ogni giorno migliaia di turisti da tutto il mondo.
L’evento più di spicco del luogo è sicuramente il Carnevale, che richiama l’attenzione di gran parte dei viaggiatori nel mondo, grazie alla sua secolare tradizione di maschere e costumi che animano le strade ogni anno.
Per finire, un’attività da non perdere se si decide di visitare questa magnifica e suggestiva località è senz’altro il famoso “Bàcaro Tour”, tipica iniziativa che coinvolge i turisti in un giro tra le osterie veneziane a suon di calici di vino tipico e cicheti, ossia piccoli gustosi assaggini.
L’alloggio dista mezz’ora a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Lucia e meno di 50 minuti con i mezzi dall’aeroporto di Venezia Marco Polo.

This apartment was a gem, but it also had some strong drawbacks. Let me list pros and cons:Pros:- Very nice, huge clean apartment. - Great view from master BD and living room on a small canal- Location: about 5 to 10mn walk from all major attractions- Plenty of towels- Supporting staff... at times (other times not at all, see cons)Cons:- AC barely worked. I chose this apartment was because of the AC. They also have a sign in the kitchen that forbids you from touching the AC temp or face a 500euro fine. I am shocked that I am not allowed to touch the AC. It was so hot and humid inside the apt. The second night we took the risk of being bitten by mosquitos and slept with the windows opened in the 2 bedrooms (much nicer!). My youngest son ended up with 26 mosquito bites, but he said it was worth it. I did ping the host (Wonderful Italy) about it and they responded timely, however, they didn't send anyone immediately to fix it, so I don't know if it's fixed- Noise!!!! There is the garbage boat under the master bedroom window there from 6am until about 10am which makes incredible noise! Unable to sleep from 6am also. Plus also all the delivery boats to the hotels go right under your window, very noisy.- Host: Never replied to my emails in VRBO before reserving and after reserving. However, they were quick to find me for collecting the tourist fee and the checking info. They were very responsive on the AC issue though.- Apt can be hard to find... but cute street!

Unimpressed with the customer service. This is not a direct rental with an owner it is third party. Multiple messages and emails to pay $12 euros for tourist tax however, when trying to contact for information on directions and information to use washer there was no communication. The area is the only reason for staying here again if traveling to Venice. The apartment itself was fine. Nothing to write home about.

Excellent property, probably one of the few buildings in Venice that has an elevator. Large apartment so 3 adults stayed very comfortably. The canal view from two of the bedrooms was so pleasing. The location was great - just minutes walking from Rialto bridge as well as San Marco square. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, everything was as it should be for a dream vacation stay. I really liked the automated Whatsapp communication with the entrance code being sent at exactly 3PM. The only thing I would ask for is that the renters be notified on the day of arrival of which floor the apartment is located,so that they don't have to go up and down with suitcases when they first arrive.It was only the next day that we realized that Suite 3 meant 3rd floor, Suite 2 was 2nd floor and so on. Will definitely stay here again !

First let me start this 2 night stay was part of 21 night Europe trip. We stayed in 6 other VRBO's and this is honestly the only one I did not give perfect score on. The only reason is, apartment says it is located on a Canal with water view, and it is on a Canal. Only problem when we showed up it was completely blocked by construction scaffolding and a tarp like netting you could not see ANY water or any part of the Canal. I understand things happen, actually the place I had stayed earlier in the trip had the same thing, minus the tarp, but there the owner contacted me ahead of time and actually gave me the choice to cancel my reservation. I told her I understood and it all worked out. I gave her a perfect score even though the unit did have the view partially blocked. But her contacting me and giving me choices made up for the view. Here no such luck, I did text with the property manager and she said they had not been made aware of the construction and when I sent pictures she did apologize and said she would contact the owner. The only response I got back after that was, the owners said the City of Venice had said it had to be done and they would do nothing to accommodate us. Had the owner just sent us a note saying "We are sorry" or anything but I felt like they had gotten their money and I would be gone so no problem. You pay a lot of money for a Water/Canal view in Venice and you should get it. OK the rest of the unit was very nice is as advertised. Last thing you may want to double or even triple check that you will have the view that you are paying for. Jerry Greeneville, TN
