The location of this house and its historical charm are the biggest reasons to stay here. It is 1 BLOCK from the Paseo, where there are shops, bars and restaurants. The house is historic and charming. So, if you are looking for a newer place with the amenities that usually accompany such a place...this is not the house for you. BUT, if you can appreciate a great location and the charm that comes with an older home (awesome front porch and swing for example)...Casa del Paseo is a great choice. There were a few suggestions that I left for the management company that I won't mention here...because they are small details...but I will say that Will and his crew were VERY responsive. Even switching weekends for me after a nasty ice storm ruined our original plans! Enough can't be said for how kind and accommodating they were! C

Great location, fantastic communication, charming little house with all we needed!

The house is absolutely adorable! Very clean, great neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and things to do in the city. We had a girl’s weekend and loved every minute of it. We asked for an extended check out time and that was a breeze. The manager was an absolute dream to work with. Highly recommend and will stay there again

Host was easily accessible and responsive to requests/questions. House is one block from the charming Paseo district that boasts a great bookstore and restaurants.
