Great location, walkable to Greenwood shops, restaurants and a neighborhood stroll.

Good location. Good communication with host.

Great 2 bedroom house. Location was perfect for our visit to Seattle. We hope to stay here again

Cute bungalow just steps away from all the restaurants and shops in Greenwood. The check in process was a bit awkward. We arrived at 4PM but the cleaners were not finished; we came back later in the evening and the cleaners had not set the lock correctly so we were locked out. I couldn’t reach the owner so I called VRBO and they were very helped us and we eventually reached the owner. The house and yard are as pictured. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is small but standard for the area. The house had plenty of fluffy towels, but no washcloths. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and has all the basics for light cooking. The living room sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable, but we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter. The backyard was clean and fully fenced in. The webbed chairs in the yard could use some cushions for comfort. The house advertises air conditioning, but it is not. One bedroom has a window unit, but it only worked as a fan - no cold air. Overall, you can’t beat the location, and the house was clean and served our needs for a 3 night stay.
